At SPELL, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
